Samana Askari
Operations Manager
Established in College Station and nurtured by the Aggie Spirit, I've built both my personal and professional life in the community I love and call home. I'm a proud third-generation Texas A&M graduate, passionate about supporting the community that shaped me. Getting to know the people we serve—listening to their stories, learning what matters most to them, and helping however I can, including in their financial journeys—brings a sense of purpose to every day.
Before settling into my current role, I spent nine years in the corporate world with JPMorgan Chase, starting as a teller, growing into a banker, and eventually transitioning into a project manager within the company's internal real estate division. Those years taught me the true depth of relationship-building—from working directly with clients whose trust extended well beyond the walls of the branch, to collaborating with teams across the country as I traveled from state to state. Connecting with people from all backgrounds and aligning around shared goals shaped not only my professional foundation but also reinforced my belief in meeting others with sincerity and kindness.
My core values are deeply shaped by my close-knit family, particularly my grandparents, who have always lived close by and constantly filled my childhood with their presence. I'm blessed to be influenced by their guidance to this day! These special relationships taught me the importance of respect and authenticity—the lessons by which I aim to lead my life with, and by how I approach every interaction with each client.
Outside of work, there's always a family event or friends' get-together that's keeping me busy. I love experimenting with new recipes, scoping out a new restaurant to try, or mapping out the next trip. I treasure time spent with my family, cheering on my Fightin' Texas Aggies at Kyle Field, and take advantage of any excuse to be outside—on the rare days when Texas weather decides to cooperate!
At the end of the day, I’m grateful to be part of a profession where building meaningful relationships is not only encouraged but essential—and I’m committed to helping every client feel supported, understood, and right at home with us.
